Massage Therapy

I offer Massage for relaxation, maintenance and to aid in your healing if you have an injury. I use extensive assessment skills and can also help in exercises to help in your healing and well being.

I am a graduate of the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba completing 2200 hours of Massage therapy. I completed my Reflexology Certificate for treatment of the hands and/or feet. Reflexology is a great tool to help balance the bodies systems, relieve stress, and help aid in healing of ailments. I love the art of administering Hot Stone Massage for ultimate relaxation. Whether it be for relaxation, muskuloskeletal imbalance, injury or body maintenance I will use my extensive training to help your body heal and feel at ease.
